Provo Towne Centre
1200 Towne Center Blvd,
Provo,
Utah
"Great shopping, relaxed atmosphere."
Provo Towne Center contains stores you can't find elsewhere in the area - like Sears and JC Penney. It's not overly busy most of the time which is nice when you have kids. And recently they've started a train ride for kids which runs around the bottom floor of the mall. It costs some money but I'm sure I'll end up using it for my kids at some point. I always find some good deals at Provo Towne Center and enjoy shopping there.

University Mall
575 E University Pkwy,
Orem,
Utah
"Good shopping, very crowded."
Utah Valley doesn't have a lot of shopping malls, which is why University Mall is always crowded. There's very good shopping to be had inside - really every store you can think of plus a few boutiques. There's a nice kid play area that my family enjoys. And the food court has a lot to offer. A good mall, just wish it wasn't always so busy.

Temple Square

"A Must See for Salt Lake"
Temple Square is an absolute must see for any trip to Salt Lake City. The grounds are full of flowers and greenery, the layout caters to relaxed strolling, and there are two spacious visitor centers. All of the members of my family, young and old, enjoy our visits. Don't miss the lights at Christmas time!

Stewart Falls
Alpine Loop Rd,
Provo,
Utah
Stewart Falls is at the end of a easy hike. It's a beautiful waterfall, made even better because it becomes the 'reward' for your hike. I wouldn't take my toddler (unless I wanted to carry him) but the hike really isn't bad if you have a good walker. I'd even bring an infant in a carrier.

Bridal Veil Falls
Provo Canyon,
Hwy 189,
Provo,
Utah
"Fun for the whole family."
Bridal Veil Falls is truly a park for the entire family. After parking you take a short "hike" - really a walk on a paved path - to the falls. The waterfall itself is amazing. You stand at the bottom and just take it all in. If you are adventurous you can get into the water and walk around/take pictures etc. The other negative is that it can get pretty crowded - lots of bikers, animals, etc. But worth it.
