PipSqueaks
903 West Center Street,
Rochester,
Minnesota 55901
PipSqueaks seems like a great place to go if you are desparate to get out of the house in the Winter. It seemed really dirty, unkept, and poorly staffed when we were there. The BD parties seem to be reasonable, but yuck. I felt like we all really needed to wash our hands after leaving.

Quarry Hill Nature Center

Quarry Hill is such a hidden secret. Located in Rochester, MN it is a great place to hike, and let the kids run around. There are tons of educational activities inside. It is a great place for little classes, and excellent to host BD parties. The BD parties are totally affordable, memorable, and fun for all ages. Love the huge fish aquarium!

Hal Martin All-Comers’ Track Meets
Soldiers Memorial Field Track,
244 East Soldiers Field Drive,
Rochester,
Minnesota 55902
This is such an amazing, free activity! Give the little ones a sense of being an athlete, a big kid, and accomplishment. All finishers get a ribbon, and places are given for the top 3. They divide up by age/sex. It can get super busy, depending upon the weather, so be prepared for crowds!

Great family friendly place. Excellent variety of things for the kids to do, of all ages. The indoor park is great. The indoor gardens are great. Clean. Very family friendly. The staff is excellent. I think that they all must love their jobs, or pretended really well. Highly recommend.

Waterpark of America
1700 American Blvd E,
Minneapolis,
Minnesota
This is a very average water park hotel. The rooms are just okay. The waterpark is great, but very, very loud. Even for water parks it is loud. The toddler area got shut down when we were there because of "poop" and there was no place else for my 3 year old to play. Bummer!! It is just okay.
