"shopping, fun, food, what else do you need?"
Gardner village is so cute. Gardner village is a historic village with cute little shops and great restaurants. they have animals for the kids, events during the holidays such as Whitchapalooza and witches night out for everyone to dress up as witches. It does get crowded sometimes but totally worth it.

"So much to do so little time"
I love Thanksgiving Point. I get a season pass every year. the gardens are spectacular, I love to take my camera and tripod to get amazing shots. I take my stroller and walk around with my little girl explaining everything we see and get to feed the fish in the pond. The farm is fun for little kids and the dinasour museum is great. They have concerts at the waterfalls which is the largest manmade water fall in the west. the movie theatre is small but not crowded at all. Every holiday they have great events and different classes throughout the year for all ages including adults.

Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort | kids travel, kids activities
Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort
Highway 210 Little Cottonwood Canyon,
Sandy,
Utah 84092
"Resort of choice for locals"
If you are looking for great snow and fantastic runs this is the place for you. The slopes are a little more advanced but they get the best snow and not a lot of tourists like Park City. The summer resort is also a lot of fun for the whole family. There are a lot of things to do such as hike, bike, zipline, alpine slide, etc. You can stay at the resort of drive 30minutes from SLC.

"Best airport in the U.S. "
Between my husband and me, we have traveled to a lot of different airports. SLC is by far the best airport. It is clean, good lighting, easy to navigate and the staff is so friendly. They have the best security and they know how to get people through the line quickly. Utah is a very family oriented state and the airport is no exception.

"Hot, crowded, expensive, food's not that great. "
Lots of food to eat but not much else to do. It is very expensive and the food isn't that great. The heat is excruciating, for that reason, I don't recommed taking children. If you're going to spend the money there are plenty of other things to do like the museums, cubs game, or shopping on Michigan Ave.
