"Good activities"
This museum is best visited in the summer.  They have fun acitivities inside and out.  There are areas for little ones with soft structures to climb on and crawl through.  There's a water works room where kids can launch and watch things float around the various cascading pools.  The bubble area located outside but in the center of the round building is great for kids to make and explore bubbles.  Good fun all around.

"Good day trip"
This aquarium is worth a visit and good fun for kids.  The seal feeding demostration is great and the new exhibits are fun to see.  The jellyfish exhibit is magical and kids will love the touch tank - they can touch rays and hermit crabs and learn more about them too.

"Cute Aquarium"
This aquarium is best visited in the summer it offers a lot for such a little place.  We loved seeing the White beluga whales as well as the large penguin exhibit.  In the summer there are lobester fests in the seaport area so those are two great places to hit - usually happens some time in July.

"indoor waterpark"
This indoor waterpark is like no other in CT.  This park is right at the Holiday Inn in Waterbury and they provide families with different stay-and-play packages.  Lots of activities for every age.  Fast-paced tube rides, different activity pools, water basketball, whirlpool spas for the adults, slides for younger kids.

"Nice playground"
Lake Kenosia Park is a quiet little park.  It houses two different play areas (one of big kids and another for smaller).  The playground has been updated and its right by the Lake Kenosia.  In summer months an ice cream truck parks near the playground and you can get an ice cream break.   p>

"Cutest Amusement Park"
This amusement park is great for kids of all ages.  In the summer months they have family rates - where they charge you one fee (Carload Special like $20) for everyone that was sitting in the car - that was 4 adults and 1 child for admission and parking.  The rides cater to different ages - even toddlers have a small area for rides.  There's the saturation station which is a small water play area next to the lake.  There's paddle boating and sailing too.  Great family fun!!

"Cute Zoo"
Don't expect too much from this zoo.  It has limited amount of animals and it's really great for small kids.  There are penguins, polar bears, sea lions, snow leopard (although we didn't see it during our visit), other arctic birds and farm animals.  My daughter enjoyed looking at the turtles that escaped from their little pond.
