Our Favorite Vacation Spot
Wherever we go next....thanks to Trekaroo, I always have a great group of reviews to help me plan a fantastic vacation!
A Place We'd Love To Visit
During the winter, anywhere with snow and easy airport access :-)
Favorite Vacation Memory
One of my favorite vacation memories was seeing my daughter splashing in the Boca Beach Club kiddie pool. Also, the first time she saw snow in Park City, Utah at the Park City Mountain Resort. She's still talking about ski school years later! Visiting Cancun! We recently visited Miami and explored South Beach, South Miami and Coral Gables. We also visited Innisbrook Golf Resort and Spa near Tampa Bay, Florida. Be sure to read my reviews about the resort and their Indaba Spa. What an amazing experience! Also, a holiday in France (wonderful home exchange--thanks for the ideas on Trekaroo!)
Worst Travel Moment With My Kids:
Dangerous weather conditions or any other unexpected airport delay. Security delays at the airport!

On New Year's Eve, the museum will count down the New Year and celebrate at the top of every hour from noon – 6pm. Discover which countries are celebrating each hour and track festivities across the globe. You can create your own party favors including noise makers and masks. There will even be a balloon drop in the Museum at noon, 3pm and 5pm.

""It'll grow your mind!""
When the Glazer Children's Museum opened on September 25, 2010, it seemed like all families in Tampa Bay were there to explore it's two story kid-sized activities.  It barely resembles the beloved Kid City Museum which it replaces.  The new museum is now located in the heart of downtown Tampa on the banks of the Hillsborough River (downstream from it's former location by the Lowry Park Zoo).  The architecture is spectacular and the hands on exhibits  educate and entertain kids up to about 12.  Visit the website to plan your experience.

"Year 'round outdoor activities "
We've been to the Riverwalk in downtown Tampa for so many different family friendly events.  It's a wonderful place to walk along if you're pushing a stroller, following behind active kiddos or looking for something to do with your teens.  There are many attractions set along the Riverwalk which makes exploring downtown Tampa easy and accessible even for wheelchairs and strollers.  Check the website for upcoming activities and get out there!
