Worst Travel Moment With My Kids:
Being in a vacation rental with all of our extended family for the holidays. 13 people in all. Was supposed to be a wonderful week of fun, but 10 out of 13 got struck with the stomach virus for a week straight. The lowlights can be summed up in: 4 trips to the ER, 2 IVs for our one year old nephew and a concussion from freeze tag for my brother in-law. What a start to the new year!

Comment:
Cooper Spur has a unique way for teaching skiing and snowboarding. For kids 10 years of age and up, you can purchase a $20 one lesson pass and have access to the instructors all day. For kids 9 and Under, two 1 hour lessons are offered each day. It's a more focused lesson to meet the needs (and the attention span) of our younger guests. Advance reservation required.

At Timberline, they have childcare plus lessons through their Bruno's Kids Club Program. For kids age 2-4 years of age, they can enjoy Bruno’s Snowplay. This is a pre-ski, snowplay-oriented program designed to give your child a safe and fun play environment—before introducing him or her to skiing and snowboarding. For kids 4 through 10, they can partake in the ski/ride lessons as well as general snow play. You can pay for full day, half day, or by the hour depending on what's best for your family.
