March 17, 11:30AM: More than 5,000 participants march in this parade --- hailing from Irish communities all over the country, schools, labor unions, cultural groups and San Francisco's own political leaders are amongst the people you'll see. The parade is expected to include more than 100 floats, Irish dance troupes and marching bands. The route follows Market Street away from the Ferry Building (beginning near 2nd and Market), culminating at the Civic Center for the accompanying festival

March 17, 10AM- 5PM: San Francisco has been doing this party annually for 161 years and they certainly know what they're doing! Come enjoy everything Irish --- from food, drink and dancing to traditional music. Young lads and lassies will have their pick of fun activities such as pony rides, an assortment of amusement park rides face painting and all sorts of treats!

Dublin, CA is the home of a nice sized Irish celebration featuring entertainment, food drink and plenty of amusements for the wee ones. Get there early on Saturday: ?$5 Pancake Breakfast at Fire Station #16, 7am ? Dublin Lions Club Parade – Saturday, 9:30am

March 18, 11AM-4PM: There will be something for everyone in the family at this festival. There will be Irish bands, face painting, jumpy castles and more! 45th Avenue will be closed to traffic too!
