I write travel books and I am having lots of fun doing that. So far I published two: 'Your Guide to Visit Paris for Free' and 'Your Guide to Visit San Francisco for Free', both available on Amazon.com

"Great stop on your way to the beach"
Alameda Crab Cove is a small museum that presents the life in the San Francisco Bay. It is a proof that less is more. There is more than enough for everybody to get a lot of information without having the feeling of touring a museum.
Children can see fish and crabs in the aquarium. The gift shop has nice items. After your visit, you can have a picnic at the beach, located a few meters away or just have fun in the sand. There is a grassy field where the family can play ball.
A nice way to spend a sunny day.

"Yummy"
What a nice place to visit! I did not know who was the happiest, the parents or the children. It is fascinating to see how the candies are made and how long it takes to make one. Do not go on a week-end, the machines are stopped and you will miss all the fun.

"Nice children zoo"
We really liked their children zoo, we found it very nice and enjoyable. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the zoo. Some exhibits seem way too smal for the animals. In light of their latest problems with some animals, I have decided to not visit it anymore and go instead to the Oakland Zoo, a much smaller but nicer and 'warmer' place.

Join the Hiller Aviation Museum in welcoming the bunny arrive in a personal helicopter at 10:30am. Now if you think that is fun then you are in for an even bigger surprise. Stick around and get an egg straight from the bunny and get your face painted by the Magic Princesses. The event is included with museum admission.

"Pleasant"
Berkeley University is very different from Stanford University, less charming. But it is definitely worth a visit. Go up the Campanile Tower on a beautiful day and you will have a wonderful view of the San Francisco Bay. And do not miss CAL Day, the university, its classes, museums etc are open for all. It happens in April every year.

You will take the train to Bear Mountain to hunt for thousands of chocolate eggs hidden by the Easter Bunny. You will need to buy a train ticket in order to get to the redwoods. That event will take place on April 7 and 8. You need to go to their website to check the times and fares. Book in advance. http://www.roaringcamp.com/events.html
