"Unique experience for your kids"
On a cliff with a
spectacular sea view, at the end of a
narrow, rutted dirt road between
Nepenthe and Hearst Castle, are sixteen
yurts—round, canvas-covered tents with
pine floors, queen-size beds with patchwork
quilts, heaters, and skylights; communal bathhouses; yurts 8, 9, 10, and 16
have the best views. Main lodge for
meals and a big stone fireplace; includes
do-it-yourself waffle breakfasts. Self-serve
lunches are extra.

Treebones offers a unique lodging experience on California's breathtaking Big Sur coast. It overlooks the Pacific Ocean with spectacular panoramic views in all directions.
Accommodations are in yurts which contain plush & comfortable queen sized beds with linens and cozy comforters and colorful quilts. A small table and chair set, reading lights, & plenty of hooks for hanging your gear. The yurts have a generous redwood view deck with adirondack chairs facing the ocean. There is a sink vanity with hot & cold running water in each yurt with bath & hand towels provided.
Guests walk 2 - 3 minutes to restroom and shower facilities.
