"Kids had a great time at this friendly resort in Bend"
The pool is a winner, the small kitchen that we got was too.
We could hike along the river, through the big pines. The free breakfast made life easy for all of us - including Rosie our adopted Greyhound who was welcomed as well.
Going out early in the AM, we am across deer. They were definitely family friendly.

"Bend hotel for family ski trip - good value"
Used this hotel for a family skiing trip to Mt Bachelor last year and have just booked gain this year. The rate was good last year and is even better this year.
Our family loves the pool after coming back from the mountain and the river trails work for us. We get two suites and make a condo out of it with kitchen so we save a lot that way.
Also can bring the dog. No tears then.

"Bend Hospitality at it’s finest!"
We’ve had enough of this staycation stuff, we just had to pack up and get out of town. So my husband and I decided to take our two kids to Oregon in our version of the Griswald’s Family Vacation. One of our stops was at the lovely Riverhouse Hotel located in Bend. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Being a little road tired we checked in and let the kids swim in their great indoor pool. We loved that the hotel had a great Room Service menu, it was just right for this family of four. After dinner, the kids took another dip in the pool. The front desk staff took great care of us, and offered suggestions for area activities that our kiddos would enjoy. The Hot breakfast was Free and had outstanding food! The rooms are very comfortable, exceptionally clean and the hotel is well maintained. The manager and all the staff obviously care about the hotel and the guests that occupy it. The Riverhouse Hotel is truly hospitality at its finest – and in little ‘ol Bend. Who would have guessed!
