"Poipu Point"
I have stayed at this timeshare twice. The first time, we had a room from which you could walk directly out onto the beach! It was a corner room - huge with lots of windows. Our second stay was just as nice, although we had no view of the ocean. :( If you stay here, definitely spend the little extra for the amazing view and direct beach access!

At the southern tip of Kauai, Hawaii, on a dramatic bluff overlooking the Pacific, The Point at Poipu is supremely located for winter whale watching and sunny summer sports. Guests of the Poipu Point Vacation Resort will enjoy the easy proximity to Lihue Airport, just 15 miles away as well as island highlights including the beauty of Kiahuna Plantation Garden, the Pacific's largest canyon Waimea Canyon, and the untamed tropical wilderness of Kokee Park. Guests will appreciate chic shops and dining venues in Poipu Shopping Village or historic Koloa Town, just minutes from the Resort.
Walking distance away is Shipwreck Beach, ideal for surfing, strolling or just sunning. The resort offers its own sandy beach at the lagoon pool and the adults only hot tub is surrounded by a relaxing sundeck. A fitness center offers water aerobics, volleyball, and lei making and hula classes. Casual, outdoor dining is available at the Poolside Grill, an open air restaurant that adjoins the lagoon pool and serves breakfasts including omelets and waffles and lunch and dinner of burgers, salads, sandwiches and pizza. Complimentary mai tais are served five evenings a week.
Guest suites offer large balconies overlooking the garden or the ocean, separate sitting areas and fully equipped kitchens. The spacious master bath features twin sinks, separate shower and deep soaking tub. Entertainment centers and washers and dryers round out the amenities list.
