The Inn At Fulton Harbor

"Bayside Hotel - Great for families"

We have been staying at the Inn at Fulton Harbor since before we had children - and continue to do so when our family's home in Rockport is full.  
The hotel is clean and the rooms are very large and I'm pretty sure most have some sort of kitchenette.  The pool here is great as well.  There is a normal hotel pool and a kiddie pool that gradually goes from 1 inch to about 2 ft deep.  Very safe for the little ones.  There are also several restaurants within walking distance. Rockport and Fulton are two adjacent cities on the Texas Coast.  This is a great area for families with small children to go to for their first beach trip or for a fishing excursion.  The waves are mild and the water is very shallow.  Great for small kids.  Our 4y and 2.5y old love the beach in this town.  We took them to nearby Port Aransas last year and the surf was too rough for them.  They both said they like the "old beach" better.  We highly recommend it!
