"Stay very close to DEN"

Had a one bedroom suite here the night before flying out of Denver Airport.  It was well appointed with a full kitchen (better quality kitchen tools provided, I might add) and living area with separate bedroom, to which the bathroom is attached.  We could have easily slept on the couch pullout while leaving the sleeping toddler in the other room, or retired to the bedroom to leave him in the sitting area.  Sound traveled between the two rooms however through an open vent, so we weren't comfortable watching TV (one in both rooms, btw, plus a cd/dvd player in the LR).   Next time, I'd spring for a 2 bedroom (if I could afford it).  

Buffet breakfast near the lobby was nice with a fair number of healthy and unhealthy options.  The dining area had highchairs available and changing table in the conference area on the first floor.  I have to lower my standards for fruit when staying in hotels, and this was no exception, but I've seen worse.  

Area:  A few restaurants are located within a half mile or so.  A grocery and liquor store and fast food are more like a mile to the south.  Otherwise it's just a bunch of hotels so don't look for anything interesting to do in the neighborhood.  As I'd imagine most of the other hotels in the area, they offer a free shuttle to/from the airport so it's perfect for the Park & Fly or just as an overnight to break up a long journey -- DEN is a hub for many airlines.
