"We love Splash Magic"
Splash Magic is a family-oriented campground located in central Pennsylvania on the Susquehanna River. This campground features various sites for camping plus cabins. We are not big on traditional camping so we stay in a cabin. We have visited Splash Magic for two years now. The kids (22 months and 12 years) are in heaven here. They have many activities for the children. Some activities are free and some require an activity card which is available for purchase at the camp store. They have pool area which features an adult’s only pool, family pool, kiddie pool area complete with splash ground, hot tub and two amusement park style water slides. There is a bunch of chairs and tables around the pool so it is easy to make a day of it at the pool. The pool opens at 10am and closes at 8pm. The only complaint I have is that I wish the pool opened a tad earlier, 8 or 9am would be nice. Next to pool is an area where they sometimes offer a foam pit which is basically soap suds for the children to play in. My children think this is fantastic fun! Another fun amenity that is offered at Splash Magic is a mini golf which requires an activity card. Is it the best mini gold I ever played? Not really but it is enjoyable and conveniently located. They offer ceramics almost every morning and you pick and pay for which ceramics you would like. Another fun and unique activity that my children really enjoy is called the “dragon wagon” which is tractor pulling 3 covered wagons. The dragon wagon usually makes it rounds once in the morning and once in the evening. This is basically the same idea as a hayride and all three of the mascots: a turtle, dolphin and dragon ride around and everyone sings songs. They will pose for pictures so this is a nice photo op. There are bike rentals, a lake stocked for fishing, paddle boat rentals and bumper boats. If that isn’t enough there are events such as candy bar bingo, outdoor movies, crafts plus more. We love staying here because there is always something to do! The one disappointment is the park. It is pretty lame and in need of some repairs and updating. But all that and we cannot wait to visit next year. There are many local attractions including Knoebels, Reptiland, T&D Cats of the World, Rolling Hills Red Deer Farm & more!

Dolphin Cove - a stocked fishing lake where no license is required! Fishing supplies are available; including night crawlers.
Bumper Boat Rentals on Dolphin Cove- Squirt Guns on the Bumper Boats.
Bicycles - rent bicycles and our surrey.
Miniature Golf 18 hole miniature golf course, complete with running fountain
Water Slides - you must be at least 42 inches tall to ride.
Ceramics -Held daily at 10 am in our Dragon's Den
Crafts - Daily at 3 pm at our Dragon Den pavilion. Most crafts are free some have a small cost
Foam Pit -Out at our pool the kids can have fun and get clean all at the same
time!
Cardboard Boat Races- A family event where you get a 4' x 8' piece of cardboard, a roll of tape and 30 minutes to build a boat.
Dragon Wagon- Splash, Magic and Tubby are waiting for you to ride with them around the park singing their favorite songs.
Horseshoes- Available any time or join one of our tournaments.
Bingo - Every Friday night in our covered entertainment tent.
Pool Games - join in our friendly volleyball games for adults and kids alike.
Some activities are additional cost
Heated Swimming Pool 30' x 60' in-ground swimming pool, splash park with bench, and adult hot tub.
Adults Only In-Ground Swimming Pool Cool off with a refreshing dip in our pool. Heated Pool for those over 18 years of age.
Outdoor Movie Theater Movies shown several times each week beginning at 9 PM on our Giant 12 x 16 screen. Bring your lawn chairs and wear your PJs.
Playgrounds We have a playground for all of the kids to use.
Pavilions We have three large pavilions for entertainment, games, parties or just to sit and enjoy an ice cream on a hot day. Pavilions can be rented for parties, family reunions, etc. Contact the reservation office for information.
Campground Store We have RV supplies, groceries, candy, toys, gifts, clothing and more. New store hours starting Memorial Day: Monday - Thursday and Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM. Friday 8 AM to 9 PM. Sunday 8 AM to 5 PM
Laundries We have one laundry for your convenience.
Bathhouses We have two full bathhouses located on river side and lake side; and a half bathhouse strategically located near the Magic Park.
Snack Shack Is located between our main pavilion and the pool. We will be serving pizza, nachos, hot dogs, french-fries, hamburgers, hot pretzels, ice cream, soda, coffee and other snack items. There are patio tables and chairs with umbrellas for your comfort.
