"Clean rooms"
The hotel staff was certainly on top of things here. The maids were very friendly and efficient. Check in and check out went smoothly. Our room was actually clean and smelled clean, too. The rooms are spacious, not too large, but plenty of room to live comfortably for a weekend or even a week. The pools were clean. The indoor pool is nice, not very big, though. The outdoor pools and lazy river are great. There is a great open-air kiddie area undercover, with an umbrella waterfall and great animal shapes to climb on.

"The waterpark was a huge hit"
I have no complaints about this hotel at all, but the very best part of it was the waterpark. My kids were in absolute heaven. In addition to the waterpark, there were 3 other pools, 2 lazy rivers, and a hot tub! Everything was very well maintained and the rates are reasonable as well.
