"Bad location"
Take it from a local - be careful where you stay. Anything in Civic Center or Tenderloin is a place you should think carefully about. While it is true that they are close to the attractions, they are also close to locations where a lot of crime happens. This Inn is not located in a very nice part of town. The inn itself is nice and the staff seems pleasant - I just don't recommend it for its location.
