"Absolutely Awful"

My family and I stayed here for a four day getaway and will never do it again.  They call themselves a luxury hotel, but there is nothing luxury about it.  The beds were uncomfortable, the door was hard to open and close.  If you want a hot shower you have to leave the water running for a very long time before it even starts to heat up.  We were not impressed.  I have been to many hotels before, those that don't claim to be "luxury," and have received a MUCH better breakfast than what this hotel offered.  All they served was bagels (which were getting stale), cereal and danishes.  They had apple juice, orange juice, coffee and hot chocolate.  We ended up crossing the street to the grocery store to get yogurt and fruit for the next morning.  We swam in their pool which is a great size for kids (3 feet to 4 feet), but the bottom of the pool was scraping us up.  We were very unimpressed with the facilities, and the people who worked there were not very professional.
