"Great family location, but far away from downtown!"
We stayed at the Marriott San Diego Harbor while visiting San Diego, and we really liked it. It was right next to Sea World (we could see it from our balcony) and easy to get back to the freeway and navigate to commerce. However, we had kind of a situation with our next door neighbor guests, because they were smoking pot and we could smell it from our room and they were up really late, and though the management did come and tell them to simmer down, they could not catch them in the act of smoking, so we had to endure it or wake our small children at 2 AM to move rooms. We sucked it up because we did only pay $70 for it on Priceline, but wished they would have helped us out a little more.

"A Perfect Hotel for Kids"
We stayed there for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend and had a blast. There was a great kid pool that my kids never wanted to leave. The hotel is on the Marina, so you can walk to the Gaslamp and Marina restaurants. And the hotel was clean, helpul and very kid friendly. There was a sundae building contest one day! And the hotel was very near the San Diego Zoo and Sea World. We got a AAA rate, so this was also a bargain. Perfect 3 day holiday.

"Good Hotel"
The Marriott is great - located near the marina in downtown they offer lots of rooms and the marriott experience. Connected to the convention center and a long walk to the Seaport Village it's a nice place to stay while in downtown. Closer the the Gaslamp Quarter so accessability to that area is very easy.
Location.
Set in the heart of San Diego, this hotel is close to Seaport
Village, San Diego Convention Center, as well as Petco Park. Other
attractions include San Diego Zoo.
