"Titanic Exhibition is a must!"

We went to Vegas when my daughter was 7 Months old and my husband and I decided to go see the Titanic exhibition. It was GREAT!
It's a bit pricery as we couldnt find any coupons and they don't offer military discount but the actual exhibition is amazing.

They give you a small boarding pass just like the ones they gave in the Titanic and the exhibition is very interesting and big enough for a full size stroller to come through.

At the end of the exhibition you got to see if the person in the boarding pass they gave you at the entrance lived or died, my husbands person and mine died, our 8-month old daughter's person's boarding pass lived. it was fun!

"Luxor"

As an adult, I really like this hotel.  For kids, however, it's not much of a destination.  It's definitely fun to see and walk through with its Egyptian theme, but that's about where the fun ends for them.  I hear their nightclub is fun, but have never been there.

"T . fio"

Ok...So taking the kids to Vegas.  maybe that was mistake #1.  There are peple that hand out dirty buisness cards every 10 feet. but that aside. the luxor is not really for families. it looks like a pyramid and the elevator ride up the pyramid is cool. but other than that the rooms are about 105 degrees hot because of all the windows and there is no getaway inside the hotel for the kids to go.

"Luxor Hotel and Casino"

We stayed at the Luxor for my birthday.  I have always wanted to experience riding the elevators here because you ride them at a slant since the Luxor Hotel and Casino is a pyramid.  The rooms are nice but one of the walls is slanted, it feels weird at first because you have to get used to it.  We enjoyed all the Egyptian themes they have throughout the hotel.  If you bring the kids, the best place to take them is Circus, Circus and New York, New York because they have games, rides and a show.  They get to play for prizes or for fun.  Circus Circus has free entertainment for the kids.  They also have rides in a separate area for them to enjoy.  You can stroll them around, I don't like the fact that everyone can smoke wherever they want.  We don't smoke and we don't want our child exposed to second hand smoke either.

"Place to stay if your children are Egypt buffs"

Picking a hotel in Las Vegas is quite hard. They are so  many to choose from. My two daughters really love anything Egyptian so I picked that particular hotel, hoping not to disappoint them. They were very excited upon entering the pyramid, especially after seeing the Sphinx. Inside the pyramid, anything and everything is Egyptian inspired. It can be a bit tacky but they did not seem to mind. The room we got was big and comfortable, more than enough for the little time we spent in it. We got a great deal on the room by registering to the Luxor Newsletter and taking advantage of a special offer.
