"Not overly impressed"
We stayed here on our visit to American Girl Place and Legoland Discovery Center. The room was just average - a bit on the small side. In the middle of the night someone pulled the fire alarm and we had to wake our kids up and go outside for about 30 minutes while the fire department determined that there was no fire. The hotel offered NO discount on the room for our trouble. Also, the pool was scheduled to open at 9 am and the maintenance worker was still testing the chlorine levels at 9 so i didn't open until close to 10 a.m. - not easy to explain to kids that really want to swim. I would not recommend this hotel. I'm sure there are many options available in that area.

The Hyatt Regency is a more upscale chain that’s typically beyond a family budget, but if you can afford to pamper yourselves a bit, give
this one a try. It has 469 rooms and is loaded with amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpool, and fitness center. There is a restaurant on the premises.
