"Meh..."
I stayed here with my husband (then boyfriend) on two separate occasions. On one occasion we upgraded to corner, Disney facing, concierge level room. Upon arrival, and after waiting an hour to check-in due to computer problems, our reservation was wrong. We were supposed to be on the top floor and were placed instead on another floor. On another occasion we had a standard room.
The hotel overall is fine, but for the price you can get a much larger, newer and better equipped room somewhere else nearby. I didn't make use of any child amenities, but I do remember that their gym required an extra charge and minimum age of 18.

"Beautiful, relaxing and great service!"
We stayed here for a work conference, but decided to turn it into a belated honeymoon. The staff sent up complimentary wine and chocolates for us since we mentioned it was a special getaway. This stay was one of the most relaxing of our lives. Our room was huge and gorgeous, and the lighted entry is breathtaking at nighttime. We would go outside and sit just outside the hotel and stare at the palm trees laughing at how our friends in the midwest were stuck inside from snow. We can't wait to go back someday. You will not be disappointed! Oh and the concierge was very helpful, getting us tickets for several things and calling restaurants. We felt so fancy!

Only 2 blocks from Disneyland, this AAA
three-diamond property features 1,576
guest rooms and suites in a colorful,
bright motif. The hotel has a heated outdoor
pool, four whirlpools, three rooftop
garden sundecks, and the Sports and
Fitness Center, with its indoor pool,
health spa, basketball gym, sauna, tanning
beds, and massage services. Retail
shops, a duty-free shop, a beauty salon,
eight restaurants and lounges, and foreign
currency exchange complete your
experience. The Hilton Vacation Station
program is specially created for kids up
to age twelve. From Memorial Day
through Labor Day, there is a separate
check-in desk in the lobby, with trained
personnel and a character mascot. Here
you will find an impressive lending
library of 300 handheld video games
and toys from Kenner, Hasbro, and
Playskool. At 4:00 P.M. daily, kids (and
parents if accompanied by a kid) can
take a behind-the-scenes hotel tour,
including the massive kitchens and laundry. All Vacation Station activities
are gratis for hotel guests. Cafe Oasis,
open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner off
the main lobby, has an outstanding children’s
menu that is very affordable. The
hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Disneyland
Resort every thirty minutes and
running daily according to park opening/
closing times.
