"Fun for Adults & Kids!!"
I love this hotel! We will only stay here when we visit Reno because it has something for my entire family. My husband loves staying here because we can have fun in the casinos (taking turns of course) while the kids are having fun in one of the hotels many kid-friendly activities.
On our last trip to the Grand Sierra, the kids played Laser Tag, went go-kart racing, played mini-golf, run around in a safe bouncy/maze toddler area, rode on a mechanical bull, played in the arcade, watched a movie in the indoor theater AND went bowling. The majority of this was INDOORS!! What place can you go to that has all of this INDOORS? not many! This is one of the reasons we LOVE this place. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold to swim in the beautiful oasis they had or else we would've been there the entire time. I wish they had an indoor pool, but you can't have everything!
The kids enjoyed the buffets. The food was great and they usually give you coupons for the meals at check-in. With my large family, we needed all the coupons we could get. My kids also loved eating at the Round Table Pizza next to the arcade. I thought it was a sweet touch that Round Table had a bunch of board games that we played while waiting for our pizza.
There is so much to do at this hotel that we didn't have to leave it to do anything else. All the entertainment we needed was in one place. I highly recommend this place for families.

Museum of Art. Other points of interest near this ski resort
include Reno Central Library and Reno City Hall.

In addition to 10 restaurants, Grand Sierra Resort & Casino
Featuring The Summit Tower offers 3 coffee shops/cafés and a
snack bar/deli. A beach bar and a poolside bar are open for drinks.
Room service is available 24 hours a day. The resort serves full
breakfasts each morning in the café (surcharges apply).
Recreational amenities include a health club, a sauna, and a steam
room. The property's full service health spa has body treatments,
massage/treatment rooms, facials, and beauty services. This 3.5
star property has a 24 hour business center and offers small
meeting rooms, secretarial services, and a technology helpdesk.
Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas
and the resort has a computer station. The property has 18581
square meters of event space consisting of a conference center,
banquet facilities, conference/meeting rooms, and a ballroom. The
property has a complimentary airport shuttle at scheduled times.

complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. Wireless Internet access
is complimentary. In addition to desks, guestrooms offer direct
dial phones with voice mail. 42 inch high definition televisions
have premium cable channels and pay movies. Also included are
irons/ironing boards and clock radios. Guests may request in room
massages, hypo allergenic bedding, and wake up calls. A nightly
turndown service is offered and housekeeping is available
daily.
