"Family-friendly"
Built in 1927, restored in 1987, now offering thirty seven rooms decorated with artifacts and furnishings that represent the Native American, Mexican, and Anglo cultures of the Big Bend. The hotel has a newer area of rooms and a nearby bed-and-breakfast inn. Several of the rooms in the main house do not have private baths, so it would be good to ask when making reservations. The hotel's restaurant serves good food in a great atmosphere. The hotel can also arrange a variety of tours and activities for your family, including Rio Grande float trips, horseback riding, and guided tours of the national park
