"Awesome place to stay!"
The Embassy Suites was a little pricey (I think we paid $189 a night), but here's what you get:
-a suite so you can put the kids to bed and retire to your own room and have a little privacy without buying two rooms
-free breakfast that's really good and includes an omelet station
-the pool is great for little kids; it's very big but tops out at 4 feet and the water is kept very warm
-convenient to all four MAX tramway lines so it's very easy to get around without a car
-around the corner from Voodoo doughnuts!!

Saturday Market, Pioneer Courthouse Square, as well as Tom McCall
Waterfront Park. Additional attractions include Rose Garden.
