"Busy day, excellent service"
Little did we know when we booked a night to end our week long vacation that the Outback Bowl would be happening in Tampa. Thus, the traffic we did not expect and the BUSY hotel we ended up staying in. Our check in was swift and the clerk made sure we all got our ginormous cookie upon check-in (she even gave us one extra). The lobby was spacious and had tons of people milling about , but not uncomfortable or loud. Our room was smallish, but good enough for one night and the beds were very cozy. The weather outside did not allow for us to check out the pool as they did not have an indoor one, but the pool was very large and nicely laid out. The spa was closed for some reason. They had a large business center to print out our boarding passes and the on site restaurant, though somewhat fancy was VERY accommodating to our children, providing 1/2 portions of adult entrees and revamping of choice to make them kids friendly. The shuttle to the airport runs every 1/2hour and is quite large. They were also able to pick up my husband at our car rental drop off.
Again, even with the throngs of people the hotel was a quiet spot for us to get ready for our return trip home. We would definitely stay again.
