The Cowboy In Motel & Resort is set against the most beautiful, spacious backdrop in the West. It is located in Southern Utah, in the city of Big Water about 15 minutes from Page, Arizona and have over 20 uniquely themed rooms inspired by everything cowboy! In addition, they offer apartment-style rooms with kitchenettes to accommodate longer stays.

They have a miniature petting zoo, long horn steers, horseback riding, "just beginning to be a cowboy" lessons which includes all about horses. They will teach children how to rope, how to walk and act like a cowboy...but if they chose not to do the horses, they have a hay wagon for great hay rides and some carriages to ride in so they still feel like a cowboy or a prime frontier lady. They have horseshoe pits and a campfire that they have going every night so everyone can roast marshmallows and make the best cowboy smores in the world.

Dinner is cooked every evening on the bar-b-q so hot dogs and hamburgers are a must, you can even eat them outside. You will get to play horseshoes in buckets, barrel racing on stick horses, the old fashioned egg race and coke race.  Line dancing is taught in the evening.
They rent quad so mom and dad can rent a quad and take the children for an entirely different ride on a little machine that has a different kind of "horse power.
Lake Powell with its sandy beaches is only 6 miles down the road The hotel is 2 1/2 hours from the north and the south rim of the grand canyon, monument valley, and Zion national park. You can use the hotel as a  "hub" and go to several different places.
