"Accommodating Accommodations"

I stayed at this hotel with my two year old by myself in February 2011.  I was traveling for work with the Speech and Debate team, so we had a number of rooms.  I called ahead to let them know that I would need a refrigerator in the room for her medication.  I have made these requests at other hotels in the past and have arrived, only to have to make the request again.  But, when I arrived at the Santa Rosa Courtyard Marriott, they told me the refrigerator was in my room, ready to go.  And in fact, upon arriving to my room, it was already cold!
In addition, because I was traveling with a group of college students getting ready for a Speech and Debate tournament, one of the other guests at the hotel called to complain about the noise from students talking and going in and out of rooms (at around 10 p.m.) - the front desk called my room, let me know about the complaint so I could go and ask my students to go downstairs and was very nice about it.  In the past, hotel workers have not been so pleasant or understanding, but this place was incredibly hospitable.  I had a great experience here.
The hotel is also in a great location for visiting downtown Santa Rosa, which has some great restaurants and giant statues of the Peanuts characters throughout (in honor of former local, Charles Schulz).  My only complaint would be that the parking seemed to fill up very quickly and require a walk back to the door - sometimes difficult with baby gear and a two-year old in tow, but it wasn't too bad.
