Reservations are required for this campground. There are no longer first-come, first-served sites available.
The campground has warm days and cool nights during the summer months. It has an elevation of 2,600 feet. Six of the sites are along Cataloochee Creek. A few others border the small feeder stream. All campsites are roomy and placed amongst the pines. Bears are often sighted at this campground, so properly store your food.
