Cape Ann Motor Inn is located on beautiful Cape Ann, just 30 miles northeast of Boston. We are situated directly on
Long Beach on the Rockport/Gloucester line. All of our kitchenettes and guest rooms overlook the ocean, with a beautiful
view of Thacher Island and its twin lighthouses, just off the coast of Rockport. The sunrises here are unforgettable. We
are open all year, so you can enjoy a great beachfront vacation or quiet off-season getaway here on Cape Ann.
WE ARE OPEN ALL YEAR! And, kids age 5 and under stay free! Long Beach is a safe and fun beach for children of any age.

Our spacious lobby and outdoor deck greet you every morning with complimentary coffee and pastries. We have a large information and brochure area and helpful staff to assist you in planning activities.
GUEST ROOMS. All of our rooms and kitchenettes have sliding glass doors, balconies with panoramic ocean views, wall-to-wall carpeting, 19” color/cable TV, telephone and private bathroom.
Each occupies up to 4 guests comfortably with a double bed and sofa that opens into a double bed. Kitchenettes are fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and silverware.
