"This hotel is the best!"
We love this hotel! Aloft is part of the Starwood Group, and is a W hotel. W Hotels are ultra nice, and the Aloft hotels live up to that, on a smaller scale. The hotel is modern and bright, with fun, funky decor. Check-in was a breeze, and they we as nice to us with our two small kids and piles of stuff as they were to all the guests.
The hotel has a nice pool and workout room,both open 24 hours, but not right near rooms, so no one will be kept awake by them.
Our room was very spacious, even with the hotel's crib for our baby and air mattress (with Hungry Caterpillar bedding!) for our toddler. There's a nice, big, wall-mounted TV and desk in the bedroom, and a coffeemake and fridge outside the bathroom. Everything was clean and nice. There is no bath, just a shower, but we managed to get our kids clean :)
The hotel is near IKEA, a gorgeous, huge Target (with full grocery store) and tons of restaurants and shopping. And it's near the airport, so our toddler had fun watching planes take off. There was the occasional loud plane, but not many, and it wasn't bothersome.
We love this hotel and plan to stay at other Aloft hotels i n other cities in the future!
