Official Flip MinoHD Giveaway Contest Rules:

1. ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. trekaroo will snapshot the number of reviews, photos and votes each user has as of 12 AM (PST) on January 29th, 2009. Scoring of the contest ends at 11:59 PM (PST) on February 28th, 2009. Reviews received before 12 AM (PST) on January 29th, 2009 or after 11:59 PM (PST) on February 28th, 2008 will not be counted. Start sharing your opinions and increase your chances of winning.

2. WINNER SELECTION: Here’s how to win. Three (3) entries will be submitted for each review. An entrant will also receive two (2) additional entries if they are the first to review a place. Winners will be picked at random using Random.org.

3. PRIZES: The grand prize winner will receive the new 2009 trekaroo Flip MinoHD video camera. Now you can get your kids “flipping” over the Flip in High Definition. The next 5 winners will receive the eco-friendly, baby-friendly, BPA-free 12oz Klean Kanteen. Winners must claim their prizes by providing us with valid mailing addresses within 90 days of notification; failure to do so will result in prize being voided.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified within 24 days after the determination date via their registered email address. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. A list of the top winners will be posted on the trekaroo website. Only the username of the winner’s will be disclosed.

5. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to all entrants with a completed trekaroo profile meeting the following criteria:

• Entrants must be at least 18 years of age
• Entrants must provide a valid email address
• Entrant content must not use any profanity, nudity, or other inappropriate materials- trekaroo will be the sole judge of inappropriate content
• Entrants cannot be a direct employee or immediate family member of any of the judges to win
• Entrants must have a valid US mailing address to where the grand prize can be mailed.
• trekaroo reserves the sole right to determine whether or not users qualify to participate in the contest and may disqualify participants at any time for any reason. Void where prohibited by law.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The winner may be required to execute and return a Certificate of Eligibility, Consent and General Release form within 14 days of notification. The winner may also be required to complete and return a W-9 for tax purposes. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any income tax liability is the sole responsibility of the winner. By acceptance of the prize, the winner consent to the use of his or her name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising or trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. trekaroo reserves the right to change rules and conditions at any time during the contest for any reason.

7. USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: All reviews become the property of trekaroo. Trekaroo reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest unless prohibited by law.

8. CONDUCT: All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Trekaroo in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the voting process, the operation of this Web site or is otherwise in violation of these rules or trekaroo's Terms of Use.
