"Very Scenic Drive"

Pikes Peak Highway is a 19 mile highway leading to Pike Peak mountain, and the drive up is not for the faint hearted!  There are plenty places to stop on the way up and the way down.  The views are just breathtaking, and you'll even spot some wildlife along the way.  Remember to drive slowly!

"get what you pay for"

No-frills hotel, decent outdoor pool, bare bones breakfast.  Not far from any kind of fast food you might want, but a good 20 minutes or so from the historic district of Savannah and further still from the Tybee beach.  Right next to I-95, but our room was fairly quiet.

"Beautiful"

The Glen Eyrie Castle and grounds are just beautiful!  They offer several different tours- castle tour, garden tour, etc.  They also have a cute afternoon tea where they serve their own tea blend and light snacks.  They also have a cute little bookstore on the property as well.

"Great fenced play area"

This park is great because it's fenced!  It has two play structures - one for the toddlers and one for the older kids, baby swings and regular swings galore and a covered picnic area!  What more could you ask for in a play area?  The bathrooms are close-by too.

"Great hiking"

This park has beautiful scenery!  You'll find waterfalls, lots of hiking trails, wildlife, and picnic areas too.  The hiking trails range from easy to difficult, so it's easy to find something that works for your family.  When you visit this park, make sure to bring your camera!
