Yellow Marsh River Preserve State Park

"See carnivorous plants!"

I gave this state park three stars only because there isn't much to do here.  There are no recreational facilities.  It is a nature walk and a parking lot.  A lot of the trail is thick with plants and you need to be careful where you walk.  That being said, we really enjoyed our walk through the preserve.  The carnivorous pitcher plants are in full bloom.  We got some beautiful pictures and we were able to tell the kids about the plants that eat bugs!  It is only a few minute walk to the marsh.
