"Nightmare"

I'm not sure how others managed to rate this well but our experience at winter wonderfest was not good at all.  My husband and took our 9 and 4 year old.  The line to every ride was at least 30 minutes long (just for bounce houses, etc!).  Above all, our ice skating experience was a nightmare. Sat in line to get skates for 20 minutes. Then sat in the line to get into the rink for AN HOUR before we find out they're closing the rink for 30 minutes.  By then we were fed up, decided to return the skates only to find the nightmare was far from over-  the line to return skates and get your shoes back was 45 MINUTES LONG!  Total wasted time and frustration for NOTHING AT ALL= 2 hours.  We tend to be happy go lucky people and were able to laugh and shrug it off but I certainly didn't see many happy faces at this place.  Honestly I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.  This was on a Tuesday night, I can't even imagine what Friday or the weekend is like...

"Fantastic fun for the whole family!"

Love amusement parks, bouncy houses, ice skating, christmas, fun?  This is the place to go!  I reccomend buying the family pass so the parents have a wrist band too if you have younger kids in the family.  Most rides are 42" are more can ride alone, and there are quite a few rides that parents can experience together with younger children.  Our 2, 7, and 9yr old all had a blast, there was a ton of things for all of them to do!  If you are going to be there over lunch or dinnertime, I reccomend the short walk through navy pier to Bubbagump shrimp!  The best thing about navy pier is all of the things to do in such a small area.  Especially in the dead of winter, you can stay inside and be warm and toasty and have a blast!

"Winter Wonderful!"

The Winter Wonderfest is a great family activity that still  gets you in the holiday spirit without the frostbite!  Though it is a little pricey there is so much for the kids to do that it is totally worth it.  Besides the inflatable slides they also have a ferris wheel and an indoor skating rink.  If you are looking for some warm winter fun this is the place to do it!

"Awesome Holiday Fun"

Winter Wonderfest is an indoor fair that happens every year during the holiday season in Navy Pier. The wrist band with all rides included costed $15 in 2010. There are various rides for kids of all ages. My 3 year old daughter really enjoyed the inflatable slide. There were also tunnels kids could go through, inflatable bouncers to jump in, a net area with soft balls to hit and a carousel. There was also a area with ride on cars and jeeps but the line was a 30 minutes long here. There is also an ice skating rink and can be purchased for an additional $8.
