Check the website for their spectacular annual May openhouse
We went to this little museum on a Sunday & paid $5 for a guided tour (you can tour on your own for free). We were the only visitors there. The guide allowed the kids to sit in a couple of aircraft and because the museum is so small they didn't have time to get bored. The volunteers working there are lovely.
On display are planes from 1928 to the 1950s, such as a Sopwith Pup, a Bowlus Albatross, and a Benson Gyrocopter.
