We take our daughter on stroller walks on the bike path, which runs along Greenwich Cove. Nice view of water and trees, plus the path opens up about 1.5 miles in to Buttonwoods Beach, which has a small boardwalk and nice views. Also, there are usually ice cream and frozen lemonade trucks at the beach. this is also a nice point to turn back if the full 3.5 mile loop is too much for you.
The Warwick City park is a great place to go if your visiting or if you live there. When you drive in Admission is free. You drive through the WOODS to the beach, and the trees/views are amazing! There are baseball fields, picnic areas, a beachfront, bathrooms, playground and this is the awesome part. The park is FULL of bike/walking trails. These trails go through the woods! They are very awesome! The paths are clean and kept up, and it even goes right next to the water. This park is a great any day and every day park.
