If the kids are needing to get out, the mall has a play land that is marked for 42" and shorter, although plenty of taller kids play there and little is done about it.  The play structures are all foam padded inside, so the structure is safer than the kids who tend run around unattended in it.
If you've got a tot who's a runner, beware, there is no gate and apparently the open mall is more alluring than a play area for many a toddler.

The mall has a few children's stores as well, such as Build a Bear, Sanrio, and The Candy Factory.
