Verdes Mexican Parrilla & Hill Country Amphitheater

My husband, our two little girls (ages 3 and 4) and myself were invited to celebrate a friends birthday with his family.  We met them at Veredes Mexican Parrilla.  From the moment we walked in it was an amazing experience.  The service was TOP notch (including the owner coming over to our table for a chat).  There is a HUGE outdoor amphitheater that is fully enclosed and designed specifically for "play".  All the kids where just running, kicking balls and having so much fun while just inside the covered/heated patio the parents where able to enjoy a beverage with peace of mind.  It is a casual restaurant that specializes in the "Grill".  They use spices from Mexico and the sauces on the meats were to die for.  Well worth the drive to the outskirts of Austin in the BEAUTIFUL Hill Country.
