This mall has a spacious play area that will accommodate plenty of children without seeming too crowded. The best part is that many of the structures in the play area are slides, so the kids do not argue over one slide. The layout was perfect for parents to to sit, but still be able to see their child on the other side of the play area. It resembles a race track and has a car, trophy, grandstand, and checkered flag for kids to climb. The play area is near the Dillard's store if you want to avoid walking through the entire mall. In addition, there is a carousel that opens at noon that kids can ride for $2. This is located in the food court and you must use a token that can be purchased next to the ride. We stopped here for lunch and to stretch our legs on a recent rainy day road trip across NC. A great idea if you are looking for something indoors when weather doesn't permit outdoor activity. Unfortunately, there were not any hand sanitizer stations at the play area, so be sure to bring your own.
This mall doesnt have the greatest selection of stores but it is a beautiful mall. The arcitechture inside the mall is very nice. The food court is well stocked with plenty of options. This wouldnt be rated my favorite mall but it is not that bad of a place if you are looking to get out of the house with the kiddos.
The only time my Family and I are all able to go and do things together is on the weekends. Well Every time we go to the mall half the stores are either closed or don't have anything we need! I guess its OK for being the only mall around but Ive been in MUCH BETTER malls!
This mall has a great selection for mom or dad, but great selection of kid stuff too! With two areas for toddler play and a carosel, shopping and playing are a day of fun and enjoyment. There is a large food court as well, with some good choices for kids (not all fried foods and burgers).
