"place is not clean"
I will never go to this place again! I went there once & my son got a bad case of the stomach flu. In fact we left as soon as I noticed a toy with built up layers of dirt. The employees are pretty much non-exsistant, they take the money & then just ignore you. They dont offer any classes, its just a dirty indoor playground with music in the background.

"NEVER AGAIN!"
WHAT A RIP OFF THIS PLACE IS! The people that run this place are completely rude and unprofessional (specially the "manager" Elena). This lady needs to take some business, morals and ethics classes to learn how to run a business and learn business etiquette in dealing with customers. You'd think that this is a business establishment, but in reality there are no words to describe how management poorly runs this place. To add insult to injury, this place is not clean and not sanitized for kids and adults. If you are a parent considering taking your kids to this place, please save yourself a lot grieve and look somewhere else. I WILL NEVER AGAIN HIRE, RECOMMEND OR GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. Our lesson was learned the hard way; I hope anybody reading this will learn from our experience.
