Enjoy this spacious park close to downtown and shopping. Bring the little ones to run on the grass and do some climbing on the play structure. This is a good place to have a picnic lunch with your kiddos for some family fun on a dime. Bring a jacket because the winds can pick up quite a bit. If you are looking for a bigger play space near by, check out Piper Park, it is huge!
This park has an incredible area for your toddlers and grade school kids, that is completely inclosed in a gated area. For your bigger kids there is a huge field great for soccer games, frisbee, baseball or just laying around and reading a book! There is a 2-sided wall to practice your tennis on. For your teenagers there is a decent sized skateboard park.
It seems like there are games on the field almost every day of the week and there are always kids on the play structure! If you visit in the summer you can walk over to Neil Cummons Middle School and play on their play structure...2 for 1!
