"Neat place!"

We went to this park for a family hike with my four kids ages 1-8. The entrance cost is free for ages 6 and below, and $2 for our 8 year old. Adults are $5 each. There are several viewpoints and a trail leading to the bottom. We had a baby backpack which was a good idea. The trail is a steep desent down and full of stairs. It was short enough for the kids not to whine. There is a place at the bottom for the kids to play near the water which my kids loved to explore. There is a trail leading directly under the waterfall that was super slippery and wet that was too dangerous to take little kids, especially on a backpack that we decided not to go on. It was really slippery and tricky, but a lot of people were there. The parking lot area had picnic tables and nice pit toilets. There was a stream running through a grassy area that my kids had fun playing around in, and there were BlackBerry bushes galore that would be fun in the right season. Great place for kids!
