The Valentine Richmond History Center focuses on the life and history of Richmond from the nineteenth century to the present. See the Settlement to Streetcars exhibit on the history of Richmond, and the 1812 Wickham House on the property. Chaning exhibits at the History Center focus on American urban history, using collections of costumes and textiles, prints, and photographs. Driving and walking tours are available.
