"Fun with the Family"

The Pilgrim Heights area of the national seashore has a nice trail to the place where the Cape’s first European visitors found freshwater. Take the Pilgrim Spring Walk from the interpretive shelter. The Small Swamp trail is a short, fairly flat loop.
For bicycle enthusiasts, there’s a 2-mile path from Head of the Meadow Beach stopping near High Head Road.
