"Outdoor discovery"

My kids (4,6) really enjoyed running around this outdoor place, finding the different exhibits to study.  They spent a lot of time in the sand pit, digging up dinosaur bones.  They studied the giant tortoises basking in the sun and then searched for their underground homes.  We wandered through the garden area and enjoyed the roses and vegetables that were nicely tended.  We finished up our time, running through the walled in maze and climbing in the Gemini Space Capsule.

We couldn't help but notice that the sun and the weather had done their job in making things look old and a little worn out.  But since our kids didn't notice, and had a great time, we chose not to mind too much.
