Named "One of the Five Best Theaters for Young Audiences" in the US by TIME magazine, the Coterie Theatre provides unique theatre experiences for families and young audiences. It is nationally recognized for its one-of-a-kind programming.
The Coterie's season is year-round and offers a Family Series and Preteen/Teen Series productions at the theatre's mainstage in Crown Center. Its "Coterie At Night" productions are intended for teens and adults and are performed at various venues.
Individual and group tickets are available.
Target Saturdays: Free ticket with purchase on all Saturday matinees at the Coterie. Restrictions apply: Limit 1 free ticket per order/household/family. Offer is not available online and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Offer available only through the Coterie Box Office in person, or by phone (816) 474-6785. Tickets are not available at TARGET stores.
Often Target will give away a free book (that the play is based on) with each order! Available as long as supplies last.

"Awesome Experience!"
Walking into The Coterie is almost as fun as the show! The entrance is a mosaic tiles and weird robotish type things. The kids love looking and touching these! The Coterie boasts being one of the top five theaters for young people in the US. The plays put on range from familiar titles to knew introductions. This is a great way to introduce or continue to form a young persons relationship with the theater. The Coterie is located inside Crown
