"Fun with the Family"

Stroke a snake. Watch a turtle chow down. Name that tree. The Natural Science Museum exhibits, serpentarium, trail walks, and discovery experiences are a natural for kids. They can watch injured and sick animals rehabilitating or sign up for a special hiking, canoe, or boat trip (minimum age six). Canoe and kayak rentals are available. A free boat ride takes you through the thirteen-acre Conservancy’s mangrove estuary
to the Gordon River and a canal where nature suffers at the hands of progress.
The center is associated with the Rookery Bay Estuarine Reserve and its programs.
