"Great Family Place"

There are many different things to do at Thanksgiving Point. There is a Movie theater, Museum of Ancient Life, Childrens Garden, the regular Garden, Farm (where kids can have a pony ride or wagon ride and pet and see different animals). They have some really great places to eat and the golf is amazing

"Great stop for families"

Thanksgiving Point has something for everyone in the family.  All times of year have something to offer.  When we lived in teh area we frequently visited and never got bored of the beautiful scenery and entertianment options. The Museum is especially good and so are the gardens and corn mazes in the fall.  This is a great stop for any family!

"Cornbelly's corn maze during October"

Thanksgiving point offers many attractions but we absolutely love to go every October to the Cornbelly's maze.

Every year is set up differently and is wonderful for the whole family.
There is a small maze and a haunted maze, you can also find hay mazes for the little ones.
This year we enjoy the piggy races and the bouncers.

There is a couple of concession stands but nothing major, just a few snacks and drinks.

There are many different things to do at Thanksgiving Point. There is free kids cones I believe at the ice cream parlor.

"Fun"

They always have such fun seasonal activities. Fun place to get outside with your kids. You can spend the whole day here easily with their shops, movie theatre, gardens, dinosaur museum, restaurants, and various activities. Especially fun in the fall for their Halloween activities. Good family fun!

"Thanksgiving Point"

This is a very family-oriented place to visit.  There is a barn located behind the parking lots.  This is my childrens' favorite place to visit at Thanksgiving Point.  They have all sorts of animals that belong on a farm that kids can interact with including ponies and horses, cows, goats, sheep, rabbits, and many more.  For an additional small fee, kids can go on a pony ride or a horse-pulled wagon ride (this is for adults as well).  They keep the barn and outside area very clean and sanitary and even have hand sanitizer for the kids to use after touching the animals.  It is immaculate!  During holidays, such as Halloween, there are additional activities for the kids to participate in.

"go to Cornbelly's in the fall!"

We attended Cornbelly's at Thanksgiving Point this Halloween season--and had so much fun!  We stayed all afternoon and evening with our 5 year old and 8 month old.  There were so many activities included in the day pass--hay rides, watching pigs race (our fave!), trampolines, storytelling by campfire at night, corn maze, bounce houses and tons more.  We are all set to go back next year!

"So much to do so little time"

I love Thanksgiving Point.  I get a season pass every year.  the gardens are spectacular, I love to take my camera and tripod to get amazing shots.  I take my stroller and walk around with my little girl explaining everything we see and get to feed the fish in the pond.  The farm is fun for little kids and the dinasour museum is great.  They have concerts at the waterfalls which is the largest manmade water fall in the west.  the movie theatre is small but not crowded at all.  Every holiday they have great events and different classes throughout the year for all ages including adults.

"Something for everyone."

This place is great.  They have a wonderful restaurant, a cafe or an ice cream parlor if you're just looking for a treat.  They also have a fun gift shop that sales everything from furniture to lollipops.  It offers a dinosaur museum, movie theater and my kids favorite, the Farm where you can see all kinds of animals you would find on a farm up close and personal.  They even let the kids take a pony ride or you can choose to ride on a horse drawn wagon.  A place worth going to.

"A bit more expensive, but still fun."

Ok, so if you're on a budget, probably don't go here. I mentioned the Dinosaur Museum here in another review, but the do have a "farm" here that is neat with all sorts of farm animals.  Years ago it used to be free, but now I think it's about $5 per person, and that includes a wagon ride or pony ride or something.  Cute to see all the cows, horses, rabbits, goats, chicks/chickens, ducks, etc. There's even an ostrich!

"Fun but overpriced"

I have only gone to Thanksgiving Point in August because they do "2 dollar Tuesdays" where each museum and the petting zoo and gardens are only two dollars.  The petting zoo is fun and they have lots of animals but you don't really pet them...mostly just look at them.  You do get to ride a pony and tractor for free with admission though.  The Dinosaur museum was fun but not worth full admission.  It is really crowded when they have the 2 dollar days but nice to be able to see it for cheaper.

"Dinosaur Museum"

The dinosaur museum is a lot of fun for any aged child.  My toddler loved looking at the huge skeletons of dinosaurs while my older school age daughter loved reading about the exhibits.  They both enjoyed playing with the sand and water as they practiced "excavating."

"Great Farm Area"

Thanksgiving point is the perfect place to take the kids. There is a great barn area with many farm animals for the kids to see and feed. There are even some that the kids are able to pet. There are gorgeous children gardens and a movie theater if the kids get bored in the barn or the gardens but there are so many things to do in both places that boredom is not likely. We love Thanksgiving point and we always make a stop there.

"Something for Everyone"

My family & I love Thanksgiving Point. There is something for everyone. Some of our favorites include the Farm Country where kids can see a variety of farm animals. They often have pony and/or wagon rides. We also love to split a banana split at the ice cream shop. They are HUGE & we have trouble finishing even one. The gardens are gorgeous, the MOA is awesome & there's even some fun places to shop! It's a great place to spend the day as a family.

"like it"

Thanksgiving point is a great place, not perfect though.  It's expensive, but might be worth it if you had a family pass.  The kids think its a great time, and there is lots to see!  The ice cream parlor is good, and fun for the whole family.  The deli restaurant is just ok.

"Great Shopping and Dinning"

I love the restaurants at Thanksgiving point.  My husband and I had our wedding reception there and have loved the place ever since.

The gardens are also beautiful.  My kids have loved to go to the Children's Garden for years.  They especially love playing in the Noah's Ark water fountain.  Kids get really wet, so come prepared.  My kids usually just were their swimming suit when we go.  The ground around the water fountain does get slippery, so if your kids have water sock, have them wear them.

"great place."

This is such a  great family place to visit. They have everything from a movie theater, dinosaur museum, beautiful gardens, concerts, cute little shops, not to mention the absolutely gorgeous trails. There are some fabulous places to take photographs. They do charge you to take wedding/engagement/family photos so if you don't mind shelling out a little extra cash to have your photos taken here, it is a great place. I was personally bummed to find out about the fee.

"Worth every penny"

Thanksgiving point is never a let down for me.  There are so many things to do there for kids and adults.  Some things are kind of expensive but others are very affordable.  It's gorgeous in the summertime and there are some wonderful places to eat and shop.  Go there, it's worth every penny!  They have a little farm where little kids can go play and go for a pony ride.  Super cute!!
