"HUGE! "

These are some of the most amazing gardens I have ever seen. We spent several hours wandering around and could have spent several more. They offer wonderful summer concerts in the garden's outdoor ampitheater that are fantastic. You will not be disappointed spending a day in these gardens!

"Waterfalls and Flowers"

This garden has lots to see.  The kids really like running up and down the paths.  There are lots of them and they go in every direction.  The waterfalls are all manmade but there are lots of them and they are artistically done.  The gardens which are less than twenty years old have lots of mature trees because they were designed and planted to be instantly beautiful.

"Awesome but pricey"

I absolutely love this place.  Huge beautiful gardens great for picnics and pictures.  Best of all are the children's gardens.  So fun and interactive.  THere are several smaller ones and they are all interactive.  One that has water they can race boats down, a sand box one, music one, wooden blocks one.  The only down side is that it is kind of expensive.  Great fun if you catch it in August on a $2 Tuesday.

"Best in Spring!"

We went with gma-great and rented a golf cart for $25. We drove around the tulip festival (in April) and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. My kids LOVED riding in the golf cart and I had no problem driving it even though I've never driven one before. We spent a few hours stopping and playing by the streams and rolling down the hills, going into the Secret Garden, and brought our picnic lunch. SO beautiful.

"Beautiful Gardens!"

We love this place. The gardens are the best part of Thanksgiving Point, and they are huuuge. As a family, you can walk around and look at all the flowers, plants, fish pond, and impressive waterfall. The kids area is amazing, with a swimming area surrounding a stone ark, where the kids can splash around. There are tons of fun mazes, displays, caves and fun spots for the kids to play in. 2 Buck Tuesdays are the time to go!

"Great place for kids!"

My family loves visiting the Gardens at Thanksgiving point.  Everything there is beautiful, and there is lots of space for the kids to run around.  Mine especially love all the waterfalls.  There is a really fun water area for the kids to play and splash around in, and there are many kid areas for them to explore and do fun activities.  We usually stay an entire afternoon.

"Tulip Festival well worth it"

We went and toured the gardens during the tulip festival they looked amazing.  It was a great easter activity for everyone.  We lived near Holland for a few years and it reminded me of the feilds of tulips we would see there.  They also had some authentic food stands set up.  Some of the gardens like the roses where not in bloom and I really would like to go back again just to see them.
There is a water area that had some amazing water falls that made for great pictures and backdrops. There was even some people taking wedding pictures.
Also another fun area was kind of a kid area where they had some fun things for the kids to climb aroudn on and explore.  We went with my kids 3 to 9, parents, and single siblings it was fun for everyone despite all the different ages adn intrests.

The Thanksgiving Point Gardens are simply amazing.  It is almost like walking through a work of art.  The flowers, the trees, waterfalls, and more all work together to create a magical place.  This is a favorite spot for portraits to be taken, and if you have been there you know why.  Though I have not taken my children yet, I am planning on doing so this year as I know that they would love to explore this garden and interact with nature.  I would plan for at least an hour to fully take in and enjoy the beauty that these gardens offer.  Also as a side note navigating a stroller through the gardens is not a problem for the most part as most of the paths are flat and paved.

"Excellent Place to Spend a Summer Day!"

There are two parts of Thanksgiving Point Gardens--the Children's Garden, complete with a giant Noah's Ark water fountain you can play around, and the larger garden. The Children's Garden is a perfect place to relax while you watch your kids run around in the water or crawl through the exhibits on the grounds. There are still beautiful flowers on display throughout as well! The other larger garden includes a giant waterfall, flowers galore, and Monday night activities! There are several paths around the garden with ample room to roam and run! The flowers are always changing with the weather, so there is something new each time! The lily pond is one of my favorite spots! You can feed the giant fish!

"Beautiful"

These gardens are beautiful. There is also the childrens gardens which are fun in the summer. They have Noahs Arc that squirts out water and ground water shoots too and the kids love it. There is also a little maze for them to play in too. The main gardens are breath taking. They cant be seen from the freeway or road but it is a huge place with an enormous man made waterfall. The flowers are beautiful and the grounds are perfectly groomed with lots of space to run around.

"Thanksgiving Point Gardens"

The gardens at Thanksgiving point are absolutely beautiful!  They are a little pricey to visit, but well worth it!  One thing to keep in mind is that the gardens sprawl out on 55 acres, so there is a lot of walking to do.  If you have young children, be sure to bring a stroller or wagon (they may even rent them out).  We actually rented a golf cart at an additional cost, but it was a lot of fun.  It was big enough to seat 6 people and our kids had a blast!  We were able to see all 55 acres of the gardens without anybody getting tired!

"Beautiful in the Summer"

We went this last summer and it was beautiful! The flowers were all blooming and everything looked perfect. There is a lot of space for kids to run around in but it is a more peaceful place than anything so other than walking around and feeding the koi in the pond there isn't much to do with kids (at least that we could see). It's a great place to go but depending on your kids, maybe leave them at home.

"B-E-A-utiful!!!"

I personally have had my bridals done here and went with my sister when she got hers done too. I can’t imagine all the hours spent to keep up with all that it takes to make the gardens so beautiful! It’s an ideal location for a wedding. The tulip festival in the spring is something you must not miss if you’re into flowers/gardening! It’s just breathtaking!

"Beautiful!"

I've only been here for the Tulip Festival, but loved it.  It's big, open, and beautifully landscaped.  I took my 3 kids and they loved it too.  There are several different areas that are uniquely beautiful to look at and explore.  It is a must every Spring!

"Good place for excess energy"

I took my kids here on a summer day when they were driving me bonkers with all their "extra" energy.  Expensive, but my girls loved the place.  Lots of room to run and the huge waterfall was neat.  Bring a picnic lunch because there are plenty of places to sit and eat it.  Bathrooms are few, however...unless you count the bushes.

"Fun for young and old"

Thanksgiving Point Gardens have something for everyone.  My kids love to visit so they can explore the children's garden - complete with a spraying Noahs Ark fountain, koi pond, bear caves, streams and mazes.  Adults love to go to the garden just to be in such a beautiful place.   We especially love to go during the tulip festival in spring.  Walking around looking at all of the tulip varieties is a perfect way to celebrate spring.   Plan on spending the entire day if you go.  There is so much to see!
