They try to make it fun. We went with my husband, 5, 3, and 1 yr old. Adults cost $2 and kids cost $.50. The museum pretty much is a colletcion of anything old from Rexburg. It is kind of cool but really random too. To make it a little more fun for kids, they have a scavenger hunt card with pictures of things for them to find. There is a small section about the Teton Flood and a video you can watch, but really, it should be called the Random Rexburg museum. The "Children's Museum of Rexburg" is included in this museum. Saddest excuse for a children's museum ever, by my kids did like it. It was one little room. There was a regular tent set up in the middle with a box full of pioneer dress-up clothes and fake food. There are a fort with a butcher paper mountain taped to it with a paper on it that said "Grand Teton Mt" and the height. There were some random books and a table with some coloring pages (of the most random things, like pres. lincoln and a squirrel with a lollipop). There was a baby activity table in there too, which was nice for my 1-yr-old.
